    Express Attendant - Oxford Casino (Oxford, ME)

    General Summary

    The Express Attendant will contribute to the success of Oxford Casino by providing customer service to all guests and Team Members. They will create an experience for all guests by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store experience. Excellent customer service skills are required.


    • *Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures, SOPs

    • *Deliver and dispense items ordered by Guests.

    • *Guest banking all takeout checks.

    • *Use point of sale equipment to enter orders for Kitchen personnel, and close out checks

    • *Uses equipment such as and soda, juice, and milk dispensers

    • *Is a role model for the company and responds to questions positively

    • *Be detail oriented and ensure that all items are correct, perhaps hundreds of times over, in the Season Express, checks, and showcase

    • *Required prolonged standing and walking with mobility. Bending and reaching from a level height to 6 feet. Ability to lift, carry, and push items up to 40 pounds such as Food Service carts with no hindrance. Normal hearing, vision, and hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity

    • *Able to perform under stressful, demanding situations in perhaps small quarters of four feet or less, with four foot access and contact with Team Members and Guests. Ability to work in a smoking or non-smoking area

    • *Work with communication devices such as telephones, and bulletin boards

    • *Talk with Guests to maintain great Guest relations and provides opportunities for loyalty to occur

    • *Maintains confidentiality and security of relevant information

    • *Maintains an awareness of applicable laws and operates within those guidelines

    • Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills in regard to working with diverse people and levels of authority

    • Multi-task ability

    • Ability to cash-handle

    • Service and fill beverage and food orders for Guests

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and body language

    • This position requires sufficient experience, education and job knowledge to meet current business needs
