    Track/Slot Operations: Chef/Cook
    Executive Sous Chef - Riverwalk Casino (Vicksburg, MS)

    Coordinates activities of and directs training of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen worker engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure and efficient and profitable food service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

    • Creates and updates menus to maximize profits and control food costs.

    • Develops and test recipes.

    • Maintains inventory of kitchen supplies and food.

    • Adhere to all sanitation and cleanliness standards as set by the Mississippi Department of Health and the Company.

    HVAC Tech - Riverwalk Casino (Vicksburg, MS)

    The HVAC Tech works installation and repair of mechanical or electro-mechanical products, preventative maintenance, and repair activities to obtain the finest process of machines and equipment. The HVAC Tech also specializes in specific fields of mechanical engineering, such as heat transfer, hydraulics, electro mechanics, controls and instrumentation, robotics, tooling, air-conditioning and refrigeration. The HVAC Tech will be responsible for maintaining all life safety equipment and ensure compliance to all local state and federal regulations as they apply to mechanical safety systems. At least one to three years of proven experience is required along with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in these areas. A qualified candidate must be eligible to obtain a Gaming License if a contingent offered is extended, which includes drug screening and background checks.
