    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions)

    • Deliver and dispense change and receipts for guests from payments given by team members; maintain cash drawer.
    • Greet internal and external guests in a warm tone and smile, with eye contact. Present and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
    • Use point of sale equipment to enter orders and close out checks and accurately sort, file, and track all paperwork generated through the POS system.

    Position Summary

    Job Qualifications

    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a restaurant as a line cook, previous supervisory experience preferred.

    Position Summary

    The Hotel Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel; day-to-day staff management and guest comfort.     Position Summary 

    The Human Resources Generalist is a key team member in the management of Human Resources tasks and will take direction from the Senior Director of Human Resources. This position focuses administrative tasks within the Human Resources department with a primary focus on administering the UltiPro HRIS system, on-boarding, licensing with the Maine Gambling Control Board and Workers Compensation Administration.

    Job Qualification Statement 

    The successful job holder will have previous experience in HRIS systems (preferably UltiPro) and strong Workers Compensation administration.  Prior experience as a Human Resource Generalist is highly desired.  The Human Resources Generalist will have excellent computer skills, good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to address groups of employees and job candidates.  The job holder will regularly exercise independent judgment.

    • Maintain the UltiPro HRIS system.

    • Employee recruitment and selection, including candidate screening.

    • Processing and interpretation of background checks.

    FUNCTION: The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members and company assets.

    Monitors currency transactions and completes appropriate logs and reports pursuant to Title 31. Repairs minor machine malfunctions. Observe slot play for illegal machine tampering/abuse.
