    Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of guest service in the food outlet by providing an adequate supply of clean tables and beverage service.  Gives direction to guests or attendees in this outlet as needed. Shows dignity, kindness and respect to guests and team members .  Involved in setting up, maintaining, and working a shift or shifts in a dining room area.   Adherence to company standards and directives.

    Essential Job Functions

    1.      Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures, SOPs.

    3.      Assist in the deliverance and dispensing of items ordered by guests service orders; beverages (non-alcoholic) and food.

    Position Summary: Is responsible for courteously and accurately providing guests and team members professional service in both Cage and Reward’s Club operations.

    Job Qualification Statement: The successful Guest Service Attendant applicant must be 21 years of age or older and demonstrate math skills to meet the expectations of the position. A minimum of one (1) year of cash handling and customer service experience are required. The Guest Service Attendant will be able to effectively communicate with other team members, supervisors and managers. The Guest Service Attendant has the ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining organization of work process. The ability to operate a variety of office equipment to include copier, fax machine, telephones, calculator, computer, coin counting and currency counting machines is necessary.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Handles large sums of cash, coin and chips.
    • Provides professional, efficient and accurate guest service to internal and external guests.
    • Fills and reconciles slot redemption kiosks on the gaming floor, which includes pushing a cart with cash cassettes that will weigh between 250 and 500 pounds.
    • Maintains accountability for, and security of, all currency and keys within his/her control.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    This position requires that the team member be able to stand for long periods of time, up to five (5) hours without a break, to ensure adequate guest service standards are maintained. This position involves some walking, bending, or carrying of light items (not to exceed thirty (30) pounds) and pushing a wheeled cart up to 500 pounds.
    The work environment involves everyday risk of discomforts associated with excessing standing, computer monitor use and cash handling. Use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations is needed. The work area is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated.

    • Cleans according to standards the following items and areas: Broilers, deep fryers, grills, ovens, range hoods, ware washing machines, and floors and walk-ins.

    • Carefully rinse all dishware, tableware, and service ware for restaurants before sending them through the dish machine.

    • Knows and practices Health and Safety standards as set forth by governmental agencies.

    • Washes hands at each possible point of contamination.

    • Clean, deck brush, and mop all kitchen floors.

    • Follows 3-compartment sink procedures.

    • Weekly de-liming of each dish machine.

    • All team members in this position would be required to frequently lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds.

    • Cleans and tidies storerooms as requested.

    • Uses all chemicals according to use, and knows where MSDS sheets are located.

    • Leave your area clean before your shift ends for the day.

    Position Summary:  A revenue auditor performs the function and duties such as collection, verification and reconciliation of paperwork, logs, reports and checklists as needed for minimum requirements in a confidential, safe, compliant and timely manner.

      Physical Demands and Work Environment:

      The work is of a light physical requirement. Typically this would consist of exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Occasionally there is lifting of anywhere from 15 to 45lbs.

      There is sitting for most of the time with standing and walking occasionally. There may be periods of time where pushing, pulling, grasping, stooping, and crouching, reaching, fingering and constant repetitive motions are necessary.  

      The work is inside. The room is subject to temperature change. Dust from paper could affect breathing. The room has adequate lighting, heating and air conditioning. There are office desks and office chairs.

    • Directly supervises slot attendants and supervisors on a given shift in accordance with department policies and procedures
