SUMMARY: Responsible for Casino accounting; Safeguards casino assets by maintaining compliance with Federal and other regulatory laws.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all casino accounting and financial reports – including, but not limited to weekly revenue reports, promotional recaps, budget variances and budgets; Presents month financial reports to the Director of Finance; Prepare required financial statements; Directs the activities of accounting area under his/her supervision; Assists external and regulatory auditors during their work to ensure quarterly reviews and annual audits are completed; Responsible for daily monitoring of Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) compliance issues; Perform other duties as necessary.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for supervisory responsibility and accountability of Finance Department.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have the ability to obtain a Work Permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission. General knowledge of bookkeeping terminology and methods; general knowledge of standard office procedures, practices and equipment; some exemplary knowledge of accounting; ability to maintain complex financial records and to prepare reports and statements; ability to make mathematical computations quickly and accurately; ability to post accounts with speed and accuracy; ability to operate efficiently a variety of office machines; must have good computer skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BS in Accounting and at least 10 years experience in Casino Accounting management.

LANGUAGE AND SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation – Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff – Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner

MATHMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties.

The HVAC Tech works installation and repair of mechanical or electro-mechanical products, preventative maintenance, and repair activities to obtain the finest process of machines and equipment.
