    The Casino Host is responsible for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction, and increasing rated play and loyalty of casino patrons. They will evaluate the player's play for comping needs while managing and increasing rated slots. Strive to exceed the expectations of our high-end players by following up on their visit with letters or thank you notes. Host will be required to communicate with premium/rated players through telemarketing about available services, including promotions. Circulate on the floor greeting guests who are playing in all gaming areas to identify new players and introduce themselves. Identify potential new members for development to high-end players. Solicit new card memberships to the Delta Rewards Club. Evaluate player accounts and issue comps based on recorded play, earned number of points and comps available in player accounts. Build player loyalty through direct mail, telemarketing and personal contact. Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions and entertainment, as well as all casino activities. Act as guest service liaison, handle guest opportunities and resolve situations so as to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Ensures target customers have a player’s club card in use while on property. Greets and hosts guests while on property and represent the company off property. Candidate will have knowledge of player tracking systems, Casino Marketplace, CMS and Microsoft systems.


    Prefer a bachelor's degree from a four year college or university or three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Casino Host experience required. Prefer three years of adequate customer following. Must be available and have a willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Must have excellent communication skills; be able to interact with casino customers and team members in a knowledgeable and professional manner; must have ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Possess ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented; must be able to abide by the company appearance standards. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.     Summary:Experienced dealers will be responsible for dealing all games professionally, accurately, and according to policies and procedures. Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures. Deal the games in a high volume, fast paced and customer orientated gaming facility.     To support the accounting functions of the company. Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability or other financial activities within the company.

    ·         Prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

    ·         Computes and prepares tax records to ensure compliance and payment requirements. 

    ·         Assists with month end close and reporting to include journal entries, account reconciliation, and invoicing of direct bill accounts… Accounts receivable.

    ·         Assists with the preparation of payroll by reviewing and assuring all team member time cards are approved. Forwards related payroll reports to the corporate office for processing.

    ·         Analysis of key volume indicators for the purpose of forecasting future labor needs to aid in departmental scheduling. 

    ·         Preparation and analysis of financial statements and supplemental reporting packages

    • Preparation of  month-end financial review and analysis of each department’s financial results including researching and summarizing variances from planned and prior year results
    • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, capital tracking, forecasting, inventory, Accounts Payable and audit requests.

    ·         Preparation of monthly account reconciliations on a timely and accurate basis.

    ·         Assists with providing paperwork to internal, external and regulatory auditors as necessary for completion of their audit/reviews.

     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain banks and table limits for each game; Evaluate dealers’ performance and prepare written performance evaluations; Explain and interpret house rules, such as game rules and betting limits for guests; Monitor and verify the counting and distribution of currency and chips; Monitor games operations to ensure that house rules are followed and that employees provide prompt and courteous service; Observe guests’ behavior for signs of cheating such as marking, switching or counting of cards; Notify Table Games Manager if any of these behaviors are noticed; Supervise the distribution of complimentary meals, hotel rooms, etc. given to guests based on play.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Supervises dealers and Floor Persons

    QUALIFICATIONS: Must have the ability to obtain a Work Permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service;
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years experience in table games with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
