HVAC Tech - Harlow's Casino Resort & Hotel (Greenville, MS)

The HVAC Tech works installation and repair of mechanical or electro-mechanical products, preventative maintenance, and repair activities to obtain the finest process of machines and equipment. The HVAC Tech also specializes in specific fields of mechanical engineering, such as heat transfer, hydraulics, electro mechanics, controls and instrumentation, robotics, tooling, air-conditioning and refrigeration. The HVAC Tech will be responsible for maintaining all life safety equipment and ensure compliance to all local state and federal regulations as they apply to mechanical safety systems. At least one to three years of proven experience is required along with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in these areas. A qualified candidate must be eligible to obtain a Gaming License if a contingent offered is extended, which includes drug screening and background checks.

QUALIFICATIONS:   Must have the ability to obtain a Work Permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission;  Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service;  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required -

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.   Prior administrative or related experience required.  Casino experience and/or training preferred, but not required.
