Guide and support front office and other Hotel departments as needed on assigned shift; Monitor room blocks in the hotel system to ensure they are handled correctly. Communicate with other departments to ensure proper handling of guests and groups. Maintain adequate staffing levels in the front office area by adjusting posted schedules as needed. All other duties as needed or assigned to aid in the operation of Harlow's Casino/Hotel.
