Our Bartenders are outgoing, friendly and possess aggressive hospitality. You will be responsible for providing our customers with courteous, quick and efficient service with a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Duties of this position will include but not be limited to: mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers, taking drink orders from wait staff, collecting money for drinks served, cashiering and sanitizing glasses. • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Tote (Pari-Mutuel) Equipment
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer network and related networking equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair cabling of all sorts (CAT5, Coax, Fiber Optic, etc.)
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair pc workstations, servers and other computer related equipment.
• Have a good knowledge of the Windows Operating System and basic computer networking
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair telephones and all related wiring and telephone equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair POS system used for video poker operations.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair cash handling equipment and general office equipment.
• Perform General Building Maintenance (Carpentry, Drywall, Light Electrical, etc.)
• Have the ability to drive vehicles of all types and sizes (Cars, Pickup Trucks, Large Panel Trucks, etc.)
• Have the ability to work in small, hot and dirty environments
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and Electronics training from technical school or related experience
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Overseeing preventive maintenance and service repairs on diesel back up generators on property.
Possess Class A U.S.T. certification or be able to acquire within six months.
Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring and belts, in machines and equipment such as trucks, golf carts and riding mower.
Operate water truck, tractors, backhoe, and spreader truck.
Repair pylons and fence as needed.
Do preventative maintenance on equipment such as changing oil, replenishing fluids, etc.
Minor welding and carpentry as well.

Position Summary:
Must be proficient and able to supervise each operating department within the OTB. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the business plan, policies, procedures and applicable laws and ordinances.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handles all aspects of customer relations
• Directs, schedules and supervises all hourly staff
• Ensures on a daily basis that all equipment within the facility is in working order and arranges repair and/or preventive maintenance
• Posts daily programs and results (video poker and pari-mutuels)
• Ensures compliance of all operational procedures and personnel policies

• Accurately counts, balances and prepares shipments of large amounts of cash
