Job Description

This role will provide hands-on management of federal, state, and local lobbying and grassroots organizing for CDI and its various business units. Working closely with the senior management team, this individual will implement advocacy strategies which are vital to the future of the company.

Skills / Qualifications:

* 5 or more years experience in the realm of public policy.
* Proven ability to work with elected officials and senior level staff at the and Federal, state, and local levels.
* Strategic planning and project management expertise.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation, facilitation and listening skills.
* Flexibility to work in a self-directed yet collaborative manner.
* Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
