The Beverage Server (evening/night shift) is responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest service and favorable gaming experience.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
  • Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Responsible to perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
  • Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.                                                                                                                    
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
  • Ability to lift 1-50 pounds

The Busser is responsible and accountable for bussing all pertinent tableware to the kitchen and ensures consistent product quality as well as quantity.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for bussing all tableware from dining room to kitchen, and ensuring all items are clean and presentable. 

  • Responsible for putting out bus pans for glasses, bottles, and dishes, and then returning them to the kitchen when full.

The Cage Cashier is responsible for the redemption of Slots/Mutuels tickets/vouchers, redemption of chips, performing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions for guests and assuring that guest have a favorable gaming experience

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for cashing customers out, giving correct change, and answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.

·          Requires reading and math skill for recipes and measurements.
